Add prompt file attachment support to the agent composer and activity runtime contracts. Workspace reference picks can now carry host file attachments, upload them through the prompt-content runtime, preserve upload state in composer drafts, and submit uploaded file prompt blocks alongside text, images, skills, and mentions.
