chore: 移除旧字段 dshClient — 只适配新 dsh 版本（dsh.client 声明）

PR #6 修复 client 半未进引导清单时保留了旧字段 dshClient 兼容。按需精简：新 dsh 的 client-modules 扫描器只读 pkg.dsh.client，旧字段无任何消费方，删除并同步 README 规范符合性说明。
