docs: README 服务化定位前置、精简功能一览并修正内置 viewer 计数

- 开头（Hero）声明服务化框架定位：ctx.betterSidebar 服务 + registerTab/registerFileViewer，内置 tab/viewer 与外部插件走同一套服务
- Hero 附 GitHub topic dsh-better-sidebar，说明生态位插件
- 修复展示视频（裸 URL → <video> 内嵌）与截图排版
- 功能一览 15 条精简为 10 条，突出重点；新增「我们的态度」引言
- 最近更新保留截图列，整理为可点击缩略图
