fix(sidebar): 点击展开时文件树整体重建（两处根因）+ v0.24.1
用户报告：「点击展开的时候，文件树会频繁整体刷新，看起来非常难受」。
根因 1（主）：src/client/native/index.ts 的 sync() 把 files 接管项当成多余注册。
它按 KIND 记账、永远不在 wanted 里，于是每次 sync 都被 dispose + 重建；而
disposeSubscriptions 同时订阅了 service 与 store，**任何会话状态写入**（展开/收起、
切 tab、拖底部工作台、选中…）都会跑一遍 sync。替换 slot 注册 = 宿主换 slot entry →
插件 tab body 被 unmount/remount → 文件树丢失层缓存、滚动位置与目录 watcher，并重新
fs.trees([root, ...expanded]) 重列整棵可见树。机械证明（临时插桩，已回退）：

修法：wantsFiles 提前，删除循环里对 files 接管项 skip（禁用 editor 时仍照旧释放）。
根因 2（次）：FileTree.tsx 的 retryDir 先把该层缓存删掉再请求，行被「Loading…」
占位替换后重建——目录有外部写入（构建 / 格式化 / 模型跑 bash）时整层闪空。
修法：复用既有 force 路径 loadLevels([dir], { force: true })，保留旧行直到新答案到达
（与 refreshTick 的强制刷新路径行为一致）。
判别性证据（回退任一修复即红）
- tests/native-surface.spec.ts：三次 store 写入不得产生任何注册/注销 → 回退后
registered 6 → 12、disposed 全是 dsh-better-sidebar:files
- tests/file-tree-batch-load.spec.tsx：重列期间旧行仍在屏 → 回退后层被删空
- 新增真实宿主 lane tests/e2e/zz-expand-refresh.e2e.ts（quiescence 判据，无固定 sleep；
zz- 前缀保证它最后跑，因为它会自建 workspace + session）：A1 展开只请求被展开那一层、
A2 tab body 存活（不重开 watch socket）、A3 屏上行数不归零；回退修复 1 后退出码 1
（Error: expanding a folder must ask for that folder, not the whole visible set）
修复后实测（40 子项目录，同一探针/机器/工作区）

证伪记录：新建 fs.watch(dir,{persistent:false}) 在 macOS 上无改动时 0 事件（Node 微
探针两遍 + 8 轮真实时序 + 浏览器侧从未收到 {dir} 陈旧帧）→ src/fs-watch.ts 与
use-dir-watch.ts 一行未改。
验证：pnpm typecheck / lint / test（136 文件 1486 通过 9 跳过，基线 1484 + 新增 2）/ build
全绿；DSH_CMD='npx -y --package @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.2.0-rc.1 dsh' pnpm test:mount = 8/8。
版本 0.24.0 → 0.24.1（package.json / dsh.plugin.json / SIDEBAR_SERVICE_VERSION /

perf(sidebar): fs.tree 22.8ms→3.8ms + 删除工作区路径检测（放开权限）+ 树展开状态按会话
用户实测反馈：
1) `/sidebar/api/fs.tree` 性能极差 —— 先测后改（10k 条目目录、热缓存、中位数）：
- 冷调用 cap=1000：22.76ms → **3.77ms**；TTL 内重复：≈23ms → **0.000ms**
- 改法：opendir for-await → readdir(withFileTypes) 一次取回；只为 cap 条建行
（slice + 定长数组）；路径用字符串拼接而非 path.join；排序弃 localeCompare
（14.6ms/10k → 0.35ms）改小写比较 + 原名码点兜底；新增 1.5s 目录级缓存
（键 绝对路径\0cap，上限 512），由 fs.write/rename/remove/mkdir/upload 与
fs-watch 的变更通知显式失效
- 契约逐字不变；新增 tests/fs-tree.spec.ts 6 例 + fs-watch 失效用例（判别性验证）
2) 删除工作区路径检测（默认不检测、放开权限）：
- path-security 变纯词法解析（realpath/包含性判定删除）、fs-operations 去 fence
分支、所有 fs 路由不再读 fence、403 分支消失、config 删 workspaceFence 字段
（schemastery 容忍未知键，旧 profile 不会加载失败）、settings 开关删除
- ⚠️ 安全影响：插件 fs 路由（tree/read/write/rename/remove/mkdir/媒体/HTML/
upload/archive）现在可读写宿主用户可访问的任意路径，只受 OS 权限约束；

feat(sidebar): 菜单层级/性能 + 选中条吸底 + 打包进度 + 修复「在侧边打开」
用户实测反馈 5 条：
1) 文件列表性能 / 右键菜单不再刷屏（先测量后改，探针 tests/file-tree-menu-perf.spec.tsx）
- 宿主应用列表按路径缓存：N 次打开菜单只请求 1 次（原每次 1 次 + Loading 帧）
- 行上的 git 数据改为原始值（tone/letter）：共享 store 每次轮询重建对象不再触达行
（探针：开窗 folderIcons 4 → 0；root 行也 memo 化）
- 菜单开关不触发目录重列（fsTree=0）；实测「菜单打开期间暂停轮询」会让变更行瞬时
掉色并多两次重渲染，故按测量结果放弃该做法（数字与理由写进探针注释）
2) 「已选择 N 项」条移到底部：滚动容器最后一个内容子节点 + sticky bottom（不遮最后
一行），窄栏 flex-wrap 换行不出横向滚动条
3) 菜单层级重构：一级只留默认动作（宿主默认应用 / 打开方式 ▸ / 在文件管理器中显示 /
新 Tab / 在侧边打开 / 下载 / 压缩并下载 / 复制路径 / 重命名 / 删除；目录行另有
新建文件夹、上传到此处），应用列表整体收进「打开方式」子菜单；宿主探测到本机关联
应用时默认不显示插件自研 open-with 项目，新增设置开关 openWithPluginTargets
（editor descriptor 的 pluginToggles）可强制并存；宿主不可用时插件项目照旧
4) 压缩并下载显示进度：宿主改为可观测任务（archive.build / archive.status /
/sidebar/archive?id=，4 并发 + 5 分钟 TTL + sessionId 绑定，buildZip 逐条目
onProgress），客户端轮询 250ms 显示「正在打包 done/total · N%」，ready 后 blob 下载，
失败进 zipFailed
5) 修复「在侧边打开没有效果」：根因是它只写插件底部工作台（原生右侧栏的 tab 不在
bottomSplits 里），现按承载面分流 —— 原生 tab 走 service.openTab(target:'side') →
宿主 openResource(preferNewPane, revealIfOpened:false) 真正分栏；底部工作台行为不变
（接入 API 变更已同步 docs/external-plugin-guide.md）
验证：typecheck / lint / test（135 文件 1461 通过）/ build 全绿；

chore(release): cut v0.21.1 as the stable adapter for DSH 0.1.7-rc.1
The rc.1 adapter first went out as 0.21.0-rc.1, but DSH 0.1.7-rc.1 is upstream's release batch, so the plugin that targets it must not sit on a prerelease channel. Re-cut it as v0.21.1: the version is now free of `-`, so release.yml publishes it under npm's `latest` instead of `alpha`. Version literals only — package.json, dsh.plugin.json and SIDEBAR_SERVICE_VERSION (tests/service.spec.ts still pins the last two together). No code change: the peer floor stays ^0.1.7-rc.1 and the support line stays "DSH 0.1.7-rc.1 and later". Docs follow the channel move: README/README_EN/guide drop the "alpha channel" framing, the install command becomes @latest, and every older DSH line now gets an explicitly pinned command in the version table (@0.19.1 and so on) because `latest` no longer covers them. The rc.1 design record keeps its history and gains a §8 for the re-cut. |

feat: adapt to DSH 0.1.7-rc.1
Move the support line from 0.1.7-alpha.1 to 0.1.7-rc.1 (peer floor `^0.1.7-rc.1`). 0.21.0-alpha.1 never reached npm, and once the code-card labels below are fixed the same build crashes on alpha.1 (its DiffBlock still reads the `labels.files` upstream deleted), so declaring only the host we verify against is the honest floor — and from rc.1 on the host enforces peers at boot anyway: a row whose `@deepseek-ai/dsh-*` peers do not satisfy the runtime is silently disabled. Dependencies: 28 devDependency pins and 14 peers move to 0.1.7-rc.1. rc.1 also raised the vendored runtime (cordis 4.0.4, schemastery 3.18.4, cordis-plugin-group 1.0.4, cordis-plugin-include 1.0.9) and publishes DSH cross-references as exact versions, so bumping schemastery/cordis alone left four unmet transitive peers — the three vendor packages are hoisted into devDependencies, which is what makes `pnpm peers check` clean again. One compile break: rc.1 added `CodeToolbarLabels` (codeLabel / wrapLabel / unwrapLabel, all required), made DiffBlockLabels / ReadBlockLabels extend it and deleted `DiffBlockLabels.files`. Fixing SideChatView then leaving markdown on the legacy banner would render two different code-card styles inside one side-chat view, so the plugin adopts the card everywhere: `markdownTextProps()` now passes `labels.code.toolbarLabels` with the host's own wording (codeBlock.title|wrap|unwrap, added to all 20 dictionaries; `sideChatBlockFiles` retires with the deleted footer). Adopting the card surfaced a silent regression the suite caught: the new toolbar shows `codeLabel` for languages the highlighter does not know, and mermaid has no shiki grammar, so the info string no longer reaches the DOM and the banner-text probe in mermaid.tsx matched nothing — mermaid fences stopped being swapped for diagrams. Detection now matches the FENCE BODY from the source that produced the render. `tests/market-manifest.spec.ts` pins every DSH peer as a floating caret range: an exact pin (the devDependency style) or a comparator without a prerelease would fail rc.1's preflight and silently stop the plugin from loading, and `pnpm peers check` cannot see that — it validates the resolved dev tree, not the range shape the host reads. |

feat: adapt to DSH 0.1.7-alpha.1 and yield the read-only previews
DSH 0.1.7-alpha.1 is 1299 commits past 0.1.6-alpha.2 and rewrites four
contracts this plugin was built on. The peer floor moves to
^0.1.7-alpha.1 (semver's prerelease rule means ^0.1.6-alpha.2 can never
match a 0.1.7 prerelease); 0.1.6-alpha.2 and earlier stay on v0.19.1.
Released as 0.21.0-alpha.1 (dist-tag alpha).
Hard breaks:
- dsh-settings was rewritten: register(ns, schema) is gone, a form is
addressed by the plugin row's Loader entry id and read from the
module's exported Config. The preferences are merged into Config and
marked volatile — which requires DSH's own schemastery, because only
that build wraps a volatile field in the cosmokit reference the
loader's volatile commit walks. With the public package a settings
write reports success and revision 1 while the effective value never
changes.
- ui-primitives renamed its whole icon family (IconXxx14/16 ->
IconXxxRegular/Medium): 26 imported symbols, 17 files. The failing
mode is render-time, not load-time. Five call sites that relied on the
old 14px default now pass size={14} explicitly.
- Session format v4 rejects source.kind === 'plugin'; the side-chat
boundary injection now writes plugin:dsh-better-sidebar, the same kind
DSH's own v3->v4 migration produces, so historical threads survive.
Tool results moved to role 'tool' with top-level content/isError; all
four parsers accept both shapes.
- The client session snapshot dropped subagentsByParent/jobsBySession
and the on-demand subagent-catalog observation API. The Tasks page
reads projectionsBySession and a new jobs.list route.
Yields and convergence:
- The read-only previews go to DSH's documentpreview (Office->PDF, a
spreadsheet worker, zoom, per-directory refresh); editor.canOpen
refuses those 26 extensions. Markdown, HTML (with its sandbox
switches) and the editable code buffer stay.
- The host browser kind is desktop-profile-only now, so the web e2e
lanes expect no browser entry and assert its absence.
- Link takeover claims only urlTarget links and passes the rest to the
host, fixing a regression from the 0.1.6 round: the fallback pointed
at a 'browser' type the plugin no longer registers, so http links in
its own markdown did nothing.
Also fixed, found along the way:
- The file tree refreshes live (new directory watch over the plugin's
own socket), since the plugin owns the `files` kind.
- ctx.sessions.list has no `current` field at either tag; the three
readers were dead. They now use ctx.sidebarRight.mounted.
- package.json.files was missing lib/client-locale.js.
- Two genuinely dead call sites: sessions.openSubagent/open/
refreshSubagents do not exist on the current baseline, so the
topology click, the jump-back and the retry were all no-ops.
- The test harness window shim lacked addEventListener, which the 0.1.7
primitives call at module-evaluation time; and the e2e token exchange
needs Playwright's request stack, not Node's fetch.

feat: yield the terminal and browser to DSH 0.1.6's own sidebar types
DSH 0.1.6-alpha.2 ships a right-Sidebar terminal and a right-Sidebar browser of its own. Both were things this plugin had built from scratch, so keeping them meant two implementations of one surface plus a plugin that shadows a host type the product is actively developing. Terminal: the plugin's whole PTY stack goes — the UI-tab manager, the agent-owned registry, the lazy node-pty loader, the eight model-facing terminal_* tools, the xterm view and its font/link/scrollback helpers, and the cross-session 'pinned terminal' rail that existed only to keep a terminal alive across a session switch. The host's terminal kind becomes the only provider, which also retires the node-pty dependency, its pnpm allowBuilds entry, and the installer's -Repair mode (issue #140's whole class of 'node-pty failed to load' support). Model-facing capability note: the plugin used to inject terminal_* tools (off by default). Those are the model's only cross-call persistent terminal, and DSH's own equivalent (@deepseek-ai/dsh-tool-terminal) is not mounted by any shipped bundle, so removing them leaves the model with the one-shot bash/pwsh tools only. That is the accepted cost of not maintaining a second PTY surface; the README documents how to enable the upstream toolset. Browser: the plugin's browser tab type is dropped, so the host's own browser kind owns embedded pages. The DOM-level link takeover STAYS (it is the only thing that can route an https link to the system browser by protocol, which the host does not do) but now delegates to the host's browser tab via ctx.sidebarRight.openTab('browser', …) with a window.open fallback, and the two settings that only ever configured the plugin's own iframe (sandbox escape hatch, loopback allowlist) go with it — along with the host-side browser.probe route they fed. Cards: the empty-pane welcome cards adopt the host's guide-capsule recipe (0.5px l4 hairline, 24px radius, layer-1 fill, 56px floor, 14px/20px padding) so the plugin's 'pick what opens here' surface reads as the same design as DSH's own. A theme.spec guard pins the geometry and the token-only paint — including that the upstream-only --dsw-alias-bg-l1/-l2 spellings (defined nowhere, so their declarations are silently dropped upstream) never appear here. Also drops the dead state the removed features left behind (SidebarTab.pin, nextTerminal, agentWaits, bottomOpenedOnce, the agent-tab helpers, the pinned-tab memo key), re-points every test fixture that used them at surviving equivalents, and prunes the specs of the deleted features. |

chore(baseline): target DSH 0.1.6-alpha.2 and drop 0.1.5-rc support
The peer floor had to move: semver's prerelease rule needs a comparator on the same [major,minor,patch] tuple, so `^0.1.5-rc.1` can never match any 0.1.6 prerelease. The floor becomes `^0.1.6-alpha.2` (which does admit 0.1.6 alpha/rc prereleases and excludes 0.1.5), and `engines.dsh` follows. This is a deliberate support-line break, matching how v0.19.0 dropped 0.1.2: 0.1.5-rc hosts stay on 0.19.1. Three upstream changes actually reach this plugin and are adapted here: - `IconSendOutline16` no longer exists in ui-primitives (only `IconSendOutline14`). - `TerminalBlockLabels` gained a required `noExitCode` pill text. - `ConnectionIndicator` dropped `reconnectLabel`: the outage label is now the one static label that already names the retry action, so the label copy moves there, matching the host's own '连接异常，点击立即重连'. ui-primitives still declares no `dependencies` while its bundle bare-imports more than it used to: `diff` and `simple-icons` were previously satisfied only transitively and had to be hoisted into devDependencies, exactly like the anser/shiki/katex group before them. `@deepseek-ai/dsh-code-runtime` is gone upstream (the package no longer exists) and leaves the dev tree. The e2e fallback npx spec is pinned rather than version-less: an unpinned `npx @deepseek-ai/dsh` resolves npm's `latest`, which is still the 0.1.5 line this plugin no longer supports. |

fix(native): keep component tabs' path seeds on the page open (#632)
The native openTab branch rerouted EVERY path seed into openResource (a dsh-resource://file/... open) without looking at seed.type, so any component tab opened with a path landed in the editor (the only dsh-resource://file/** claimant) and its registered component never mounted. This also contradicted the guide, whose TabDescriptor/openTab contract and WebDocsView example document path-seed component tabs. Route by type instead: only the editor kind (the only registration with dsh-resource://file/** patterns) turns its path seeds into resource opens; every other kind keeps the page open and carries the path in the navigation params, which NativeTabRecords.ensure already merges back onto the synthetic record's tab.path for the component. The bottom workbench path is untouched, editor opens behave exactly as before, and onOpen still receives the synthetic tab with the path seed. |

feat(icons): file icons and tab glyphs in color, from the host's own artwork
Issue #611 asked for file-type icons like the official explorer's, and #429 built a colored theme for them. DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 makes most of that work unnecessary: `@deepseek-ai/dsh-client-ui-primitives` now exports `FileTypeIcon` / `CodeFileIcon` with the host's own 48-type full-color code artwork plus category-colored sheet glyphs (and its classifier behind them). So the plugin renders the host's icons instead of shipping a color table, and color becomes the only behaviour rather than an opt-in theme. File icons (src/client/file-icons.tsx) - `builtinFileIcon(path, size)` → `<FileTypeIcon path size />`; folders use the host's folder category. The plugin's own per-extension VSCodicon map is gone. - The public `registerFileIcon` API from #531 is unchanged and still outranks the built-ins, so an external plugin can take over any row. One semantic consequence, now documented and tested: because the host classifier covers every path, a registered catch-all (`exts: []`) claims rows it used to lose to the built-in map. An unregistered catch-all (the old icon theme's shape) is unaffected. - Nothing is lazy any more: the artwork lives in a platform module the client already holds, so `lib/client-file-icons.js` and its 563-entry dataset (255 kB) are deleted outright — the core bundle grew by 10 kB (0.85 → 0.86 MB). - `src/client/file-icon-theme.ts`, the `fileIconTheme` pref (prefs-shared / config / client prefs), the settings-page select row and the six `settingsFileIconTheme*` keys in all 20 dictionaries are removed with it. Tab glyphs (src/client/builtins/tab-icons.tsx) - Every built-in tab type now declares a colored glyph: files (the host's folder artwork), changes/diff (commit), tasks (checklist), side chat (discussion), terminal (shell), browser (globe). - The color comes from a `--dsw-alias-*` token through a wrapper class, never from a literal — the skin contract (§12) holds and `tests/theme.spec.ts` enforces both halves (no literals in the module, every color declaration in the stylesheet resolves to a token). Native right Sidebar chips (src/client/native/tab-adapter.tsx) - The host's tab definition has no icon field, but the `sidebar.right.pane.tab.title` slot IS the chip's content, so the plugin draws the glyph itself: an editor tab with a path shows that file's icon, every other tab shows its descriptor's icon — the same `descriptor.icon` the workbench strip and the guide capsules already render, so the three cannot drift. The glyph is `aria-hidden`, which keeps the chip's accessible name exactly the title the mount lane matches on. Gates: typecheck / lint / check:consumer-types green; pnpm test 127 files / 1342 passed / 9 skipped (3 new chip cases, 1 rewritten built-in case). |

Merge the file-icon theme shell from #594 (feat/file-icon-theme)
Brings in the theme plumbing around #531's API — the `fileIconTheme` pref thread, the settings row, the 20 dictionaries' keys and the theme loader's test — so the working tree is a complete, green starting point before the colored implementation is replaced. Conflicts (three; resolved by taking this line's side where it had moved on): - src/client/service.ts: the import block keeps `baseName, extOf` (the `isNarrowWidth` import the theme branch needed belongs to its own fresh-session seeding, which main has since rewritten) and the feature-list doc comment keeps main's "v0.19.0 REMOVED 'floatWindows'" note while adopting the sharper `fileIcons` wording (matched by exts / names / folderNames). - tests/plugin-shape.spec.ts and tests/prefs.spec.ts: main DELETED the store seeding tests these files used to hold and rewrote the schema assertions (the `SIDEBAR_PREFS_DEFAULTS` destructuring), so this line's side wins — the theme branch's re-added blocks describe behaviour main no longer has. Next commit removes `fileIconTheme` again along with the 563-entry dataset and its lazy chunk: DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 exports the official `FileTypeIcon` artwork, so the plugin renders the host's icons instead of shipping its own color table. |

feat(dsh): adapt to DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 (baseline pin advance, v0.19.1)
The pinned baseline moves to DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 (npm `next`; `latest` is still rc.1) while the plugin's peer floor stays ^0.1.5-rc.1, so rc.1 hosts need no DSH upgrade to run this version. Nothing in the rc.1 -> rc.2 delta touches this plugin: of 300 changed upstream files, the overwhelming majority are single-line `version` bumps in per-package package.json files, and the only real code edits are the message-feedback dialog, deliverables card CSS and the CodeFileIcon SVG artwork split (`code-file-icon-artwork.ts`). Baseline moves to DSH 0.1.5-rc.1 — the 0.1.5 line's first release candidate, and the npm `latest` dist-tag now: peer floor ^0.1.5-rc.1, devDependency pins, the CI mount-lane pin and dsh.plugin.json engines all follow. 0.1.5-alpha.2 users stay on v0.19.0-alpha.1. The upstream delta from alpha.2 is small: 373 changed files, mostly version bumps, sidebar preview polish and test snapshots. Exactly two changes touch this plugin, and only one needs work: - `SidebarRightGuideEntry.description` is back (optional). The native guide renders it only while it lists at most 4 entries; a longer list drops every description. The plugin restores `TabDescriptor.description` and the six built-in `guideDesc*` lines (20 dictionaries) verbatim from 0b6ac5d^, but deliberately does NOT restore the old generic `nativeGuideDesc` fallback: the host has no fallback of its own, so a descriptor that declares none now ships no `description` field at all and renders as a clean title-only capsule. Consequence worth knowing: the plugin contributes six guide entries, so the default composition is over the 4-entry limit and shows titles only. The mount lane proves the restored field end to end by shrinking the enabled set to three types through the plugin's own settings route (scratch profile only) and requiring the Files capsule to grow its line. - The built-in `files` type declares a guide description again and uses a coloured folder glyph; the plugin owns that kind, so nothing to do. Verified unchanged from alpha.2 (so nobody re-checks them): the global main-panel model, the file address grammar (util/workspace-path changed only its package.json), the native tab-body host contract (.paneBody is still a block scroller with a definite height), the core/agent/session/ subagent host APIs and the ui-primitives export surface. Restore caveat fixed in the lane: the settings route merges patches key-wise, so undoing a temporary `tabsEnabled` change by posting the original (empty) map leaves the disabled keys behind — the e2e restores every key it touched explicitly. |

refactor(shell): retire the plugin's own right panel and free windows
DSH 0.1.5 owns the right column (its native Sidebar hosts every tab type this plugin registers), so the plugin's own right panel, its width drag / new-session seed prefs, and the free-window feature are gone. feat(native): render the plugin's tabs in DSH's native right Sidebar
Phase 2 of the 0.1.5 adaptation: the plugin stops drawing its own right
panel and contributes tab TYPES to DSH's native right Sidebar, which owns
the right column. The bottom workbench (terminal dock) stays plugin-owned.
Registrations (src/client/native/):
- every TabDescriptor becomes a native tab type (kind = descriptor.id, the
default `extension` band) plus a keyed body in `sidebar.right.pane.tab`
and a live chip title in `sidebar.right.pane.tab.title`
- the `editor` type also claims `dsh-resource://file/**`, so it outranks
the built-in `text` preview (fallback) and every file the product opens
lands in the plugin's editor
- the built-in `files` page kind is TAKEN OVER by an extension
registration of the same kind: `openTab('files')` draws the plugin's
explorer, and the built-in resumes when the plugin unregisters
- registrations follow the plugin registry + the side-card settings: a
type registered later (external plugin) gets its native type too, a
disabled type is unregistered (absent from the guide, refuses opens)
Adapter (src/client/native/tab-adapter.tsx):
- one synthetic plugin `SidebarTab` per native tab id, minted from the
native record + navigation params (or the descriptor's own createTab,
which a native guide open bypasses), kept live across navigations and
updateTab writes
- the explorer's per-tab expansion/reveal sets and the per-kind instance
counter, which the plugin's own layout used to hold
Service routing (src/client/service.ts):
- `setSurface` installs the native write face; openTab/openFile land
natively (a path becomes a resource address, a path-less editor open
becomes the `files` page, the rest carry the seed as navigation params),
closeTab/updateTab/activateTab recognise native tab ids
- new optional `OpenTabSeed.target` ('right' default, 'bottom' keeps the
bottom workbench); the bottom panel's own + menu and auto-terminal pass
'bottom'
- src/client/native/surface.ts probes the controller's per-session writes
(`openTabIn`/`openResourceIn`/`closeIn`, not in `ISidebarRight`) and
queues opens for a session whose surface is not mounted yet
Right panel retired behaviourally (Phase 3 deletes the code): Sidebar
renders its bottom workbench only, keeps the panel collapsed, and hides
the right-panel toggle. The panel-specific e2e specs are removed; the
mount lane now drives the native guide (tab sweep), the plugin explorer
inside the native pane (editor/mermaid/README chunks) and the sidechat
host routes.
Verified: pnpm typecheck / lint / build / test (126 files, 1349 tests) /
check:consumer-types, plus pnpm test:mount against a real

Point-by-point audit of all 117 commits between alpha.2 and alpha.3: every host contract this plugin relies on (token auth, slash RPC, MarkdownText labels, the event-stream/persistence APIs behind sidechat.events, SettingsNamespaceInput, SUBAGENT_DESCRIPTOR_VERSION (still 3), dsh-client-store, the profile loader, the node-pty pin) is unchanged, so no plugin code needed rewiring. alpha.3's breaking changes (required BeginSubmissionInput.mode, the renamed attachment-invalid subagent error, the removed SQLite persistence backend, the identity-gated projection change feed) do not touch this plugin. What did need adapting was the dependency tree: the alpha.3 npm artifacts ship with workspace-era metadata that does not match their published code — - dsh-subagent@0.1.2-alpha.3 imports `admitPromptContent` from @deepseek-ai/dsh-attachment without declaring that dependency, so resolution floats to a stale 0.1.1-rc.1 copy that lacks the export (broke 5 test files at load time); - six transitive peers (dsh-scope, dsh-session-projection, dsh-system-prompt, dsh-user-approval, dsh-util-time, dsh-code-runtime) drifted to pre-alpha.3 versions against the ^0.1.2-alpha.3 ranges the alpha.3 packages declare; - the alpha.3 line peers on @deepseek-ai/cordis ^4.0.2 (was ^4.0.1). Fix: pin the seven stragglers via pnpm-workspace.yaml overrides (with a note to drop them once upstream fixes its metadata), narrow the cordis peer to ^4.0.2, and bump the baseline pins — CI mount gate, dsh.plugin.json engines, peer/devDependencies, README badges, plus SIDEBAR_SERVICE_VERSION in lockstep. Dual-version compatibility: the plugin now works identically on
0.1.0-rc.8 ~ 0.1.1-rc.2 and 0.1.2-alpha.1 (the latter verified against a
source build of the dsh-v0.1.2-alpha.1 tag: mount smoke 14/14 + aggregate
double-mount; 0.1.1-rc.2 re-verified 14/14).
- MarkdownText: alpha.1 renamed the flat optional `codeLabels` prop to a
required nested `labels: { code: {copyLabel, copiedLabel}, footnotes }`;
the old prop alone crashes fence rendering with "reading 'code'". All
four render sites (mermaid / MarkdownHtml / TextEditor / SideChatView)
now go through src/client/markdown-labels.tsx (dual-shape object passed
under both prop names).
- e2e mount lanes speak both host dialects (tests/e2e/host-protocol.ts +
host.ts, unit-locked by tests/e2e-host-protocol.spec.ts):

- scripts/e2e-mount.sh: fix a latent set -u crash in the npx fallback
branch ($DSH_CMD followed by a full-width comma parsed as part of the
variable name).
- CI pin stays at @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.1-rc.2 until alpha.1 publishes to
npm (comment updated); README/AGENTS document the new contracts.

- api.ts: uploadFile posts base64 to /sidebar/upload (host writes it through
fs + shell decode; route provided for now by the local demo plugin)
- upload.ts: bytes->base64 (global-btoa-independent), FileList/DataTransfer
collection, sequential upload with per-file results; ~48MB per-file cap

* fix(explorer): reload tree after upload and auto-dismiss the status hint
The drop/context-menu upload path cleared the level cache but never
refetched (the refreshTick bump belongs to the button path), so the
visible tree emptied and only the persistent '已上传 N 个文件' hint
remained — the tree only came back after reopening the tab.
- FileTree.uploadInto now reloads root + expanded levels after clearing,
matching the refresh-tick path
- success status auto-dismisses after 3.5s (failures persist until the
next action) in both TreePanel and FileTree
* feat(host): add the /sidebar/upload route (raw bytes, workspace-safe)
The file tree's upload UI needs a host route; until now it pointed at a
locally-injected demo route. This is the real implementation:
- src/index.ts: register POST /sidebar/upload (exact route, same fence and
session-cwd resolution as every /sidebar route). Query params sessionId,
dir, relativePath; the raw request body is streamed into the workspace.
- src/fs-operations.ts: writeWorkspaceUpload streams chunks to a temp
sibling and renames into place, so a failed or oversized upload never
leaves a partial file. Upload dir must sit inside the session cwd, the
relativePath is sanitized (no '.', '..', empty or absolute segments) and
the target must stay inside both.
- src/config.ts: uploadLimit (default 128MiB; oversized -> 413 too-large,
a new wire code in src/wire.ts).
- client: send the File straight into the POST body (no base64 inflation)
and cap at the same 128MiB (upload.ts, api.ts).
Tests: tests/fs-operations.spec.ts covers write, nested dirs, traversal /
containment refusal, the size cap, and no-partial-file on failure.
(pnpm test: only pre-existing node-pty/git sandbox failures, identical on
clean main; typecheck and build pass.)
* fix(host): harden upload containment, temp-file atomicity and stream failure cleanup
- relativePath: absolute paths and empty segments are refused (400), not
silently collapsed or re-anchored (the spec's 'reject' semantics)
- temp file: uniquely named per request (randomUUID) so concurrent uploads
to the same target stay independent; crashed-process leftovers never
block later uploads (no pid reuse)
- write stream: permanent 'error' listener + error checks after every await
so a failing disk rejects the operation instead of crashing the host or
hanging the drain wait; the temp file is removed after the stream fully
closes (Windows file locks), never leaving a partial file
- docstring now states the containment is lexical (symlink trust model)
* fix(explorer): thread upload error codes and cancellation through the client
- api.uploadFile/fetchUpload accept an AbortSignal (long-op convention);
an aborted request rejects with the DOMException as-is instead of being
wrapped into a 'network' error
- UploadResult carries the wire error code; the client pre-check now emits
the same 'too-large' code as the host, and summarizeResults localizes
'too-large' instead of showing the raw English 413 message
- uploadToDir stops the queue on abort: completed files stay, in-flight
request is cancelled, nothing after is started
- uploadTooLarge copy no longer hardcodes a byte number (the host limit is
configurable); MAX_UPLOAD_BYTES is documented as a mirror, not authority
- relativePathOf rejects absolute paths (isAbsolutePath) instead of
stripping leading slashes, matching the host's 400 semantics
- progress text shared via uploadHintText for the hint and the overlay;
success-hint duration is the exported UPLOAD_HINT_MS
* feat(explorer): full-window upload progress with cancel and VSCode-style drop targets
- UploadOverlay: blurred scrim + card over the file window (Modal token
recipe: bg-mask-1 + mask blur, bg-layer-2, border-inverted, shadow-lv3),

- TreePanel owns the upload session: header pickers, tree drag-drop and the

and a hint pill (uploadDropHint / uploadTo) — raw-color inline outline
replaced with the repo's dashed-accent classes
- upload status hint uses editorSearchHint + editorError like the search
status; duplicated upload flow removed from FileTree (single caller)

The new /sidebar/upload route joined the fenced route list, so the mount
assertion must expect it (the PR's CI gate was red).

* feat(explorer): keep the drop hint above DSH's page overlay and suppress its intake over the tree
DSH's whole-page image-drop intake (ui-conversation InputBar) listens on
document in the bubble phase: any 'Files' drag entering the page shows its
full-screen overlay (z-1000) and a drop anywhere adds images to the chat.
Our tree handled dragover/drop but not dragenter, so the overlay flashed
over the file window and drops outside the tree rows could leak to the
chat.
- TreePanel root now swallows dragenter/dragover/drop (preventDefault +
stopPropagation) before the events reach document: the file window is an
upload target, not an image target. Row/body handlers still fire first
(bubble order) for their own targets; the root is the backstop for the
search row, gaps and the search-results view.
- The drop hint pill is portaled to document.body at z-index 1001 — above
DSH's overlay (z-1000) — so when a drag enters from outside the tree and
DSH's mask lingers until dragend, our 'Drop files/folders here' /
'Upload into {dir}' hint stays readable on top (transient decoration,
pointer-events none; the drop still lands on the tree).
* feat(explorer): zone-split the drop overlays and fix the mask flicker over the sidebar
Sidebar.tsx's panel host now swallows the whole file-drag quartet
(enter/over/leave/drop, gated on the 'Files' type): DSH's document-level
intake keeps an enter/leave depth counter, and the leaves that escaped
the tree unbalanced it — that was the native full-screen mask flickering
over the sidebar. The region is now a black hole to that listener, so the
conversation column keeps DSH's native overlay and image intake while the
sidebar presents its own upload surface (drops over it never add images
to the chat).
The tree's drop affordance is now a pointer-inert frame portaled to
document.body at z-1001, anchored to the explorer body's viewport rect:
it replaces DSH's mask over the sidebar instead of competing with it, and
the hint pill docks at the bottom edge so the rows — the actual drop
targets — stay visible and aimable instead of sitting behind a centered
pill. Inside the tree, enter/leave depth counting (InputBar's own
pattern) replaces the relatedTarget check, which is unreliable for drag
events and flickered the row highlight on icon/label transitions; the row
target is now set authoritatively by the continuously-firing dragover.
dragleave handlers on rows are gone.
Polish: capsule hint pill with the upload icon and a float shadow, the
progress overlay fades in (the repo's dsh-row-in motion), its title gains
the icon, and progress numbers render tabular. tests/file-tree-drop.spec
pins the depth-counter behavior (child transitions keep the zone) and the
parent-directory drop semantics.
* feat(explorer): dim the whole viewport behind the tree's drop zone
The bottom-docked pill sat below the fold of attention; the zone frame
alone also failed to teach the left/right split — a drag over the sidebar
gave no hint that the conversation column still accepts drops (into the
chat, natively). The zone frame now carries the full-viewport dim itself
(a 200vmax box-shadow spread in DSH's own mask-drop token): everything
outside the tree's rect fades, the tree stays clear and aimable, and a
muted invitation centered in the space left of the zone (skipped under
200px) names the chat as the image target. The pill moves to the TOP edge
of the zone, right under the search row — the first thing the eye meets.
* feat(explorer): colorful drop heroes for both zones
The overlay is this flow's one brand moment, so it gets the color the
rest of the UI never does: hand-drawn SVG illustrations in the palette of
DSH's own native drop art (#3964FE/#679EFE/#9CE5ED) so the two zones read
as one family. The upload zone docks a hero at its top edge — a tray
illustration over the hint pill, stacked so the rows below stay aimable;
the chat zone's invitation becomes a tilted photo-cards card over its
label.
* feat(explorer): traverse dropped folders instead of reading dataTransfer.files
A dropped OS folder never surfaces in dataTransfer.files (that flat list
carries files only), so folder drops were silent no-ops while the UI
advertised 'drop files/folders'. uploadItemsFromDrop now captures entry
handles via webkitGetAsEntry — synchronously, since the dataTransfer enters
protected mode once the drop dispatch ends, while the captured handles stay
readable — then drains each directory's readEntries batches recursively,
prefixing every descendant's relative path. Entry-derived paths go through
the same sanitizer as picker paths; an entry that fails to read is skipped
rather than failing the whole drop, and the flat file list remains the
fallback where the entry API is unavailable. The FileTree drop handlers
ride the resulting promise.

feat(settings): mutual exclusion with the dsh-web-ui aionui-panel provider (v0.13.0) (#181)
Reads the aionui-panel settings namespace's rightPanel provider choice: while it resolves to 'aionui-panel', the whole sidebar does not mount (host settings.get reports externalDisable, the client mount gate skips mounting and the link/open-path/turn-tail takeovers step aside). Live via the settings/document-updated push (best effort; deployments without the 'remote' service fall back to boot-time evaluation). No new user-facing setting — the aionui panel card remains the single source of truth. |
