rename: apes--sidebar → apes-sidebar（包名改单连字符）

Browse Source 
- package.json name、cordis.patch.yml id/name、lib/index.js 导出、client.js 插件 id/设置命名空间/显示名默认值，全部统一为单连字符 apes-sidebar
- 双连字符写法在 npm 包名和 loader 解析中易与单连字符混淆，统一后更规范
